OBRAS DE MEJORA Y EQUIPAMIENTO DE LA RESIDENCIA ESCOLAR.

A continuación se relacionan las actuaciones que se consideran necesarias para mejorar el inmueble y las renovaciones de equipamiento y medios que permitan adaptar el centro a las condiciones adecuadas de uso por parte de los residentes, según recogía la solicitud cursada a las Direcciones Generales de Ordenación, Innovación y Promoción Educativa y a la de Centros e Infraestructura Educativa en los cursos pasados, de que realizasen visita a nuestra Residencia Escolar, para conocer de primera mano las necesidades que existían en ese momento en la misma y establecer un plan de actuación a medio plazo, que ayudase a resolver las deficiencias existentes.
Con el fin de facilitarle la información con antelación a su posible vista en el presente curso, le relacionamos las peticiones cursadas en años anteriores y que no se han atendido hasta la fecha.
Referir que desde el propio Centro hemos ido acometiendo pequeñas mejoras, pero nuestros recursos no permiten la realización de otras por el elevado coste de las mismas, señalando que con el paso del tiempo, el aspecto del Centro se ha deteriorado y tampoco resultan por ahora suficientes las otras mejoras de mayor entidad, que año tras año realiza “Infraestructura Educativa”, por lo que apelamos a la necesidad de dignificar el recinto y su entorno, dado que se trata de una edificación que cuenta con más de sesenta años.
Hace aproximadamente un año remitimos las mejoras que desde nuestro punto de vista se debían acometer a corto y medio plazo y de las mismas relacionamos las que se consideran más necesarias, para lo cual paso a establecer un orden de prioridades, que queda como sigue:
MEJORAS EN INFRAESTRUCTURA:
1.- Reposición de terrazas exteriores de planta alta y planta baja, con realización de baños en habitaciones de planta alta y ampliación de salas de grupos y biblioteca y salas de estudio en planta baja. Explicar que las obras se iniciaron hace más de cuatro años y que el coste rondará los ciento cincuenta mil euros, sin que tengamos conocimiento de que hay consignada cantidad alguna para el presente año o sucesivos.
2.- Reparación y pintura exterior del edificio. Pintado hace ocho años.
3.- Supresión de barrearas de acceso a inmueble y a planta alta.
4.- Renovación de sanitarios en baños de uso colectivo.
5.- Habilitar salidas de emergencia.
6.- Cerramiento del recinto.
7.- Cambio de azulejos y piso antideslizante en la cocina.
9.- Habilitar sala para ampliar biblioteca (estamos pendientes de finalización de obra exterior para ampliación del citado habitáculo).
10.- Reparación de carpintería interior. Reparación propiamente dicha y aplicación de producto decapante para retirar la pintura blanca de dicha carpintería y posterior barnizado de la misma.
MEJORAS DE DOTACIÓN DE EQUIPAMIENTO Y ENSERES.
1.- Dotación de camas de literas.
2.- Tresillo hall de entrada y mobiliario de sala de televisión.
3.- Ampliación del número de cámaras de vídeo vigilancia y elementos de seguridad.
4.- Reposición de arcones congeladores. Programada entrega desde el 2010/11.
7.- Dotación de mobiliario (mesas) y elementos decorativos para comedor. Programada entrega desde el 2010/11.
8.- Mobiliario de oficina y dotación informática para ella, y el ocio y estudio.
9.- Instalación de tomas de agua contra incendios.
